Shipping policy

Every Hashtini order ships free and with tracking, so you can follow your rug all the way to your door.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There are no minimum order amounts and no hidden delivery fees.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during peak seasons, severe weather or customs delays that are outside of our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to show its first update.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your rugs may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please email support@hashtini.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
