When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@hashtini.com.

You can return an unused rug in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Read the full refund policy.

In a living room, choose a rug large enough for at least the front legs of your sofa and chairs to rest on it. Under a dining table, allow the rug to extend beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out. In a bedroom, the rug should extend past both sides of the bed. Measure your space and mark the outline with tape before ordering.

Vacuum regularly on a low setting, and avoid using a rotating beater bar on fringes or high pile. Blot spills right away with a clean, damp cloth rather than rubbing. Rotate your rug every few months so it wears evenly, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to help protect its colors. Always follow the care label on your rug.

Rugs are folded or rolled for shipping, so light creases are normal. Lay the rug flat, roll it gently in the opposite direction for a few hours, or place heavy furniture on the creased areas. Most creases relax within a few days.
